Before a new dog’s first reservation
The introduction visit lets us see how your dog interacts with other dogs and whether group care is a good fit. It is not a daycare stay or boarding check-in and may take longer if needed.

- Stop by between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; no appointment is necessary
- Allow approximately 30 minutes for a New Dog Introduction Visit
- After the visit, call the salon to discuss and reserve the stay

- Confirm what to bring and the exact check-in and pickup windows for this stay.
Complete the Veterinary Instructions & Medical Release when the salon requests it for your dog’s stay.
